And although I have linked them to Christmas, in reality they do not have to be exclusive to it, as they are fantastic characters who are the protagonists of numerous children’s stories.

They are compact dolls, with elements attached to the main pieces or crocheted directly onto them, making them ideal playmates for the little ones in the house.

I have designed them especially with them in mind, both for their aesthetics and their shapes. Thus, the striking colours of the elf stand out with the contrast of the orange hair and the green hat or the trims on the sleeves, collar and suit. As for its shapes, the most striking thing is its large ears that give it a fun and tender appearance at the same time.

The reindeer, on the other hand, draws more attention due to its shapes. I have used colours, in various shades of brown, precisely to highlight them. Its large eyes, snout, horns, ears and the fur on its neck and legs are tactile elements that make it an attractive toy for the little ones.

Like all my designs, they are completely soft. I don’t use any hard elements in their making (wires, safety eyes, zippers). You can crochet them with just yarn and fiberfill.
