If you change your mind about the product purchased or the purchase was a mistake, you can request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Since all products in the store are downloadable digital products, in order to obtain a refund you must meet the following requirements:
- You must not have downloaded or accessed the product.
- You must not have requested specific modifications or customizations to the product.

Please provide your order information, including your order number and reason for requesting a refund.
Obtaining a refund
If you meet the requirements to obtain a refund (Not having downloaded the product or having had access to it and it is not a personalized or modified product according to your specifications), you will be refunded the entire import of your purchase through the same method payment used in the original transaction.
